What is a Meet & Greet?

How to ensure a good match between your pet and the pet sitter?

If you're planning a vacation and looking for someone to take care of your pets, you'll naturally prefer someone you feel comfortable leaving your beloved pet with. A trustworthy person who does their best to maintain your dog’s or cat’s usual routine. Therefore, it's important to form a strong bond between the pet sitter and your pet. But how can you be sure of this bond when booking a pet sitter through TotoPet? That's exactly the purpose of the Meet and Greet—an introductory meeting where everyone gets to know each other.

Before placing an order and making any payment, send a message to the pet sitter you're interested in. You can arrange a date and place to meet in person. If you've already placed an order, you'll receive an automatic message from the pet sitter in the Messages section. You can then schedule an in-person meeting with your pet to get acquainted and finalize all the boarding details.

During the meeting, discuss everything your pet will need during the booking, and make sure the pet care instructions are completed on TotoPet.
