Reviews Policy

Open and honest communication is the foundation of any great relationship, so we love it when dog owners leave reviews on TotoPet and when Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers respond to them.

We have some guidelines and policies that we ask all our members to follow. Really, it all boils down to a few simple ideas:

• Be courteous and respectful.
• Speak from your direct experience.
• Don't be swayed.

TotoPet Reviews Policy

We take all complaints of mistreatment or harmful acts very seriously. Reviews containing such allegations may initiate an investigation by our support team.

Not allowed:

• Reviews that do not represent users' personal experiences.
• Content that violates another person's or entity's rights, including privacy rights and intellectual property rights (Example: publishing another person's full name, address or other identifying information without permission).
• Threats, in particular of any illegal action.
• Content unrelated to the actual reservation. (Example: political, religious or social commentary.)
• Content found to be used as blackmail.
• Content that contains obscenity.

TotoPet supports open communication and, as a general policy, we do not censor, edit or delete comments. However, we reserve the right to remove reviews or replies, or parts thereof, that violate this policy or the TotoPet Terms of Use.
