How to Request Testimonials on TotoPet

If you're new to the TotoPet platform and haven't received any orders yet, we've set up a system for requesting testimonials.
You can send a request to up to 5 people—friends, family, clients, or anyone who knows you and can leave a review about your experience and care for pets.

If you haven’t sent any testimonials yet, follow these steps:

1. Go to TotoCenter and navigate to the Reviews section.
2. There, you'll find the option to Request a Testimonial.
3. Enter their email address and click Send.

Be sure to notify them before sending the request so they can check their inbox (or spam folder in some cases) for the email from TotoPet with the subject Testimonial Request.

Once they’ve completed the review form they receive via email, their testimonial will appear in the Reviews section and will be publicly displayed on your pet sitter profile.
