How do we verify our pet sitters?

Each pet sitter goes through an enrollment process before being accepted. This process includes:

• Completing an informational material about pet care.
• Passing a general knowledge test with a score of 100% correct answers.
• Submitting a "cover letter" where each individual presents their experience with pets and their availability for pet sitting services.
• Verifying the identity of each person through documents.

At the end of these steps, each applicant is called for a phone interview to get to know them and confirm all the details regarding the collaboration and use of the TotoPet platform.

Finally, perhaps the most important criterion is whether we ourselves would entrust our pets to the listed individuals.
