Home Sitting Service

This service involves the pet sitter traveling to the client's home to take care of the pet in their own house. The schedule and duties are established directly with the client according to their needs. All of this can be set in the internal chat within the app before and after placing the order.

Please note that this service includes the pet sitter being granted access to the client’s home and staying overnight with their pets.

Make sure you have the app set to HOST mode.

The main control panel for sitters is TotoCenter.

Go to the upper right corner to the menu with 3 lines and select TotoCenter.

Enter the My Services section and click on the HOME CARE service.

The service will be activated when you enter the prices you want to charge. The displayed price is for one night of HOME CARE.

If you wish to accept dogs, you will fill in the price field.

If you wish to care for and/or only cats, fill in the price field accordingly.

It is the sitter's choice which types of animals they will accept to care for.

Some will care for only cats, others only dogs, or both. If you do not want to care for a particular type, leave the corresponding field blank.

Holiday Surcharge

Pet sitters may apply a higher price during holiday periods.

This applies on all national or religious holidays, which are busy times when people usually go on vacation.

Choose the action radius from which you want to receive orders. The distance is set in real time, based on your location.

If you want to travel to take an order, increase the action radius as needed.

In the next section, you will need to fill in the number of animals you are willing to care for, including both dogs and cats.

Choose the size of the dog you are willing to care for safely. Do not choose large or giant dogs if you do not feel comfortable with them. Safety is the priority!

The next section is for describing your services.

In the following field, describe as accurately as possible how you operate, your rules, and what a normal day would look like with the client’s pets.

The final field to fill in is the pet sitter’s home address, which will be used to calculate the distance to the client.

Click the SAVE button to finish activating the service.

If you have completed all fields correctly, the service will appear in green and will be marked as Active.
