How do I activate Push notifications?

Push notifications are a way for an app to send you a message or notify you about an ongoing activity without you having to open the app. This is a practical method to stay updated on activities within the TotoPet app, especially during orders.

See below how you can enable Push notifications on your mobile phone.

Apple

• Go to Settings
• Go to Notifications
• Scroll down and select the TotoPet app from the list of apps
• Toggle on Allow Notifications
• Choose how you want the notifications to appear on your phone's screen

Android

• Go to Settings
• Enter the Notifications section
• Check the Included Apps section and select All apps
• Scroll down and select the TotoPet app from the list of apps
